How to share a Zoom recording with a user who is not a member of York University.

1. Locate the Cloud Recording by following the instructions here, then enable Publicly under Share this recording, as you can see on the screenshot below. This will enable external users to be able to access the recording
2. Click Copy Sharing Information then click Done
3. You may now paste the sharing info (including the Zoom Recording link) anywhere you like (such as a composed email, message, eClass page, etc...)
