Introduction

You may need to download Zoom cloud recordings to your local machine (pc, mobile device, etc...) for various reasons such as editing the video recording or uploading it to a website. In this article, we will discuss the step-by-step instructions on how to do so.

How to download Zoom cloud recordings

1. Visit yorku.zoom.us and sign in using your Passport York credentials. 
2. Click the red Sign In button on the welcome page.
3. Click on your profile picture in the top right, then My Account
   
4. Once signed in, click Recordings and Transcripts on the left hand navigation pane
5. Click on Cloud Recordings
   
6. Find the desired cloud recording and click the ellipsis next to it, as shown below:
7. Select Download from the drop-down menu.
