How to add OneDrive file/folder to eClass

In addition to uploading files from your computer to your eClass course, you can also share content from your OneDrive and set permissions  to allow students to view the content or edit the content.  Access is managed by PassPort York username and password credentials. 

  1. Login to Office 365 at https://login.microsoftonline.com

  2. Click on OneDrive  

  3. Click on the file, or folder you wish to share in eClass

  4. Click on the Share button in the top right corner


  5. Within the pop-up window, click on People you specify can edit

  6. Select People within York University with the link

  7. Choose your preferred option: Allow editing or remove the check to prevent editing

  8. Click Apply to save your preferred permission

  9. In the pop-up window, Click the blue Copy button located lower right to copy the URL/website address of the content.
