The fabric box (cube that houses the microphone) requires us to have it sent out for dry cleaning. If the cube ends up hitting something that makes it dirty; or if the cube ends up dirty by falling onto the floor, etc. Please let us know as soon as you can. We will have to send that component out for dry cleaning.

In the event that the box is so dirty that it is unusable, we will make an attempt to provide you with a replacement kit. Be advised that we have a limited quantity and it may be that we will have to take early return of your sign out, with a commitment to provide you with the next earliest available booking.
