There are eClass courses that are taught by more than one instructors, or that have teaching assistants (TAs) assigned. No need to create a separate iClicker course for each of your colleagues.

Create one course and invite your colleagues as a co-instructor or as a teaching assistant (TA).  The permissions are similar to eClass roles.
