By default all AI companion meeting summaries will be saved for 90 days. If you'd like to export any of your meetings summaries to save locally, follow the steps below:

1. Go to york.zoom.us and sign in using Passport York.
2. Select Summaries in the left hand menu.
3. Open up a summary by clicking on the title. 
4. Scroll to the bottom and select Open in docs.
5. From the more menu (…) in the top right corner choose Export. 
6. Choose Word or PDF and your download will start.
