Getting the "Connection Error" when you start, or join a meeting in Adobe Connect.
York University's Adobe Connect system was recently upgraded from version 9 to version 11. Past users who have not yet updated their Adobe Connect Desktop application to the most recent version may be blocked from entering their meetings with a Connection Error issue. Please see the image, below:
Downloading and installing the most recent version of Adobe Connect Desktop application will fix this error. Once installed, re-launch the meeting from the meeting link.
